Fees:
We adopt a very open, flexible approach to fees.
We will discuss and agree a fee package with you at the outset to find the strategy which best meets your specific requirements. This might be time-based or a more traditional percentage fee based on construction costs.
Fees will then be reviewed with you before the commencement of each work stage, adjusted as necessary and approved before starting work. We understand the financial pressure that all projects bring and pledge to communicate with you to ensure transparency throughout.
