Built in 1876, Balfour Manor is a two-storey property that forms part of a large Jacobean style Manor House in Sidmouth.

The project involved the complete refurbishment of the existing outdated interiors.

Much of the detail design involved bespoke joinery items, including a sculptural staircase that incorporates storage and integrated lighting.

All the rooms were remodelled and a new en-suite master bathroom created within the grand master bedroom suite.

Careful attention to detailing and junctions between the new elements and existing features ensured a clean and contemporary palette that highlights the original building.
